- 1 / 5By Scott CagleThe service at this place is awful we've been here 30 minutes and now they are telling me it is going to be at least another 30 minutes before we are served however they are steadily serving people in the drive thru. The manager told the cashier to quit taking orders until they get caught up but she hasn't. Now they are passing food out to people just coming in. We asked for a refund and are being told they can't find my receipt....really!!!! I finally have my food now and the biscuits look like somebody sat or stepped on them. I dont normally complain but I guarantee you I will be contacting corporate on this one. Are these honestly the same people who think they deserve $15.00 an hour.....I think notMarch 23, 2017
